When you write to us, we want to understand your business. Here is how we handle the information you share.
1. Who is responsible
The controller is Lumi Marketing Agency s.r.o., Company ID 29922585, Sokolská 1883/8, Nové Město, 120 00 Praha 2, Czech Republic. Company details were supplied by the client. Contact: info@lumiagency.cz.
2. Enquiries and meetings
We process your name, email and optional company, website and enquiry details to respond and discuss working together. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing messages. Please do not send unrelated sensitive information.
3. Providers and retention
Netlify hosts the site and Netlify Forms processes submitted enquiries. Calendly loads only when you open an available booking calendar. Provider agreements, international transfers and retention periods need confirmation. Proposed retention of 12 months for unsuccessful enquiries and 6 months for recruitment correspondence is not yet approved.
4. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, or object to processing. Contact info@lumiagency.cz. You may complain to the relevant data protection authority. Applicable law determines the scope of these rights.
