1. Agreement and scope
The service provider is Lumi Marketing Agency s.r.o., Company ID 29922585. This draft is intended for business clients. The introductory meeting is free and non-binding. An enquiry or reservation is not an order for paid services.
2. Price and delivery
The accepted proposal or contract sets the scope, price, payments, schedule, revisions and deliverables. Agency fees, media budgets and external costs should be separate. Changes require agreement. Campaign estimates do not guarantee revenue or returns.
3. Rights and confidentiality
Licences, influencer and UGC usage rights and third-party materials must be agreed. Publishing client references requires agreement and the necessary rights. Non-public information should remain confidential.
